100-Nights Free Trial Terms & Conditions

In purchasing our Sleep Edition mattress, you agree to the trial conditions as below:

 

If within the first 100 days of receiving or self-collection of your new mattress you’re not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund by writing to us at sgmurphybed@gmail.com by indicating your invoice number and reason for return. We'll arrange for a pick up of your mattress from your residence. 
 
 
Once we have collected it and assessed the product, your total payment to Sgmurphybed will be refunded.

  • The 100-Night Trial starts from the date you receive your product via delivery or self-collection. This is applicable to both in-stock products and pre-orders.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must be a Sgmurphybed customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days. To adjust and achieve optimal sleeping comfort, we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 days before submitting a return request.

  • A proof-of-purchase or digital invoice is required for verification during the submission of return request.

  • Your pick up address must be the same as delivery address.

  • If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your return request after the 100-Night Trial period, you are no longer eligible for a return.

  • The 100-Night Trial is limited to one product per household and cannot be used to exchange for another size or product. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size or want to change the size. If you buy multiple quantity of a single product, you are eligible to return only ONE of that product for refund within the trial period.

  • Returned products must be in good condition. In the event that the product has damaged or stained, a refund will not be granted.

  • Determining “damaged” criteria include:

  • Free from any stains, spots, scratches, marks, drilling and/or other modifications

  • Free from any tears, cuts, unstitched threading

  • Free from any soiling and traces of moisture

  • Free from any odours (e.g. traces of smoking)

  • Free from use by pets (e.g. traces of pet hair)

  • The charitability of the returned Product is subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund should we find the Product, by our means, in an uncharitable condition.

  • Sgmurphybed will charge $100 for failed pick ups, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The mattress must be wrapped up securely using its original plastic (recommended) or any other plastic that can serve the same purpose in order to avoid the product from getting dirty or damaged during transportation. Failing this, Sgmurphybed will charge $100 as a compensation fee (for cleaning and repair purposes) which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the mattresses are used for purposes other than its intended purpose, it will not be eligible for a return. Purchasing Sleep Edition mattress for reasons including, but not limited to the activities below, will void your return eligibility: i. Photoshoots ii. Reselling iii. Display for showrooms iiii. For third party use. In all matters relating to the determination of reasons other than its intended purpose, the decisions of Sgmurphybed will be final.

 
We will refund your money after we have received the product back at our warehouse. The refund will be sent back through the original mode of payment. This process will take 7 – 14 business days.

Sgmurphybed mattress returns are typically either donated to charities or the needy. All customers receive a brand new mattress (compressed and rolled) in its original box. Once opened, Sgmurphybed will not be able to re-compress and re-roll it (i.e. such a process requires the use of heavy, industrial and specialized equipment which are not readily available in Singapore).
